Hide Bilify branding in the portal

Remove the "Powered by Bilify" badge from your client portal so it carries only your company name, logo and color.

2 min read Updated 04.10.2026 Requires: Remove Bilify branding

By default every portal page ends with a small Powered by Bilify badge. On the Pro and Enterprise packages you can remove it, so the portal shows only your own name, logo and brand color. Combined with your own domain, your clients see no Bilify branding in the portal itself.

Turn the badge off

  1. Open Settings > Portal.
  2. In the Portal content card, switch on Hide "Powered by Bilify".
  3. Click Save in the same card.

The badge disappears immediately, for every client, on all signed-in portal pages and on the portal sign-in page. To bring it back, switch the toggle off and click Save.

On packages without this feature the toggle is shown greyed out with (upgrade required). See Change your plan.

If your package changes

The badge is hidden only while both are true: the toggle is on and your package includes the feature. If you move to a package without it, the badge comes back automatically, even though the toggle stays on.

Make the portal look like yours

Hiding the badge removes Bilify's mark, but your own branding comes from Settings > General:

  • Company logo is shown at the top of the portal and on the sign-in page. Without a logo the portal shows the first letter of your company name in a colored square.
  • Brand color is used for that square and for the accent on the sign-in page.

Both are also used on your invoices and emails. See Company setup.

Where Bilify still appears

The setting covers the portal pages only. Some places are not affected by it today:

Place What clients see
Portal sign-in page A Back to website link in the top corner, which opens the Bilify website.
Emails (invoices, reminders, sign-in links, contract emails) A Powered by Bilify line in the footer.
Contract signing page The signing page opens on the Bilify address with the Bilify site header, not on your portal domain. See Sign a contract.
Portal address Path and Subdomain modes use the Bilify domain. Use your own domain to avoid it.

Invoice PDFs and the print view carry your company details and design, not a Bilify badge.
