1. Billing

Subscriptions are billed per company workspace, in advance, for the chosen billing period, at the pricing published for your country. Placeholder copy - to be replaced with reviewed legal text.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made after that.

3. Refunds

Charges made in error (duplicate payments, billing mistakes) are refunded in full. Beyond that, payments for periods already started are non-refundable, unless the law of your country grants you a mandatory right of withdrawal.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period; the difference is not refunded.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@bilify.com from the email associated with your account, including the invoice or payment reference. We respond within a reasonable period.
